Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a Press Operator for the 3rd shift to support the Short Run department. This role operates and maintains press machines, ensuring output meets specification while adhering to safety and quality standards.

It includes monitoring performance, recording data, and working with the team to maintain efficient production. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, reading blueprints, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in machine operation or press work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate press machines according to production specifications and procedures.
Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure quality.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major concerns to maintenance personnel.
Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings and output.
Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
