• Demonstrated ability to perform quality checks using precision measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting press issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various production runs, including tooling adjustments and material loading.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, identifying and resolving minor defects or machine malfunctions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from presses, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality data.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and wear appropriate PPE.
