Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is hiring a Press Line Operator in Oshkosh, WI. You will lead press line operations, perform changeovers, start-up and shutdown, and ensure products meet customer and manufacturing specifications.

You will complete required paperwork and work with the team to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork with the press assistant and pit crew, and includes training in the assistant responsibilities and

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of press lines including changeovers, start-up, running and shut-down.
• Support operations toward world class safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Run jobs per customer and manufacturing specifications, print specs, and SOPs.
• Accurately complete production paperwork (production reports, QA, roll tickets, etc.).
• Coordinate with press assistant and pit crew to minimize change-overs and downtime.
• Train press assistant to perform required duties per training matrix.
• Understand and uphold product safety responsibilities.
• Follow 5S and WCM initiatives and participate in cross-training.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
