Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label in Butler, WI is seeking an experienced Presstek Press Operator. You will set up and operate the press, adjust during production, monitor print quality, and ensure every job meets customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience operating printing presses, especially Presstek/offset presses.
• Ability to inspect printed products for color consistency and defects.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting to adjust presses and solve problems.
• Must be able to read and follow job specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up 1 to 4 color/coating machines prior to printing.
• Visually inspect product during production for quality control.
• Clear paper jams and perform scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Adjust ink pressures to maintain color accuracy and print quality.
• Maintain clean, organized press area following lean practices.
