Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience, including press operation or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation principles.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, specs, and quality requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in setting up, operating, and optimizing magnet press equipment.
• Develop foundational understanding of press operation, powder handling, and compaction.
• Monitor for issues like uneven powder distribution and equipment malfunctions.
• Receive priorities from shift lead or supervisor and participate in training.
• Inspect magnets for size, density, and magnetic strength to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain accurate production records.
• Uphold safety protocols and keep the work area clean and audit-ready.
