Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a presses operator to join our Townsend, MA manufacturing team. You will operate multi-color sheet-fed or continuous/web presses, perform setup, and ensure color accuracy and quality for custom work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include adjusting ink/water balance, registering colors, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and meeting production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School.
• Experience: 1 year of printing.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-color sheet-fed or continuous/web presses running mostly custom or base forms work or high-speed single-color continuous/web presses.
• Perform complete effective press set-ups and changeovers including loading stock, adjusting ink/water balance, color matching and die registration.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make adjustments to blankets, washing units, and roller settings to maintain quality.
