Job summary

RPI Print, Inc. is seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our team on C Shift. You will set up and operate Canon iX 3200 and HP Series presses to produce high-quality books and card products, with some bindery duties and overtime/weekend shifts during peak seasons.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, experience in print manufacturing is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Safety and 5S standards guide daily operations.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot print equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Canon iX 3200, HP Series 3 and 4 digital presses.
• Operate casing-in devices and other finishing equipment as assigned.
• Ensure orders are produced accurately and within established production timelines.
• Maintain high output without compromising product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Keep machines and work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S standards.
• Follow daily production plans provided by supervisors.
• Assist in training new or less experienced operators.
• Take on additional equipment responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation:$20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience). FLSA non-exempt.
Schedule: C Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:00am EST. Peak season scheduling requires weekend hours.
