KDV Label Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a Press Operator Apprentice to learn setup and operation of a flexographic press, producing labels on plastic film, paper, or foil.

Starting pay is $23 per hour with a clear path to higher wages as training progresses; duties include setting up plates, inks, running jobs, monitoring quality, and performing routine maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (some employers may prefer post-secondary training in printing).
• 1–3 years of experience in flexographic printing preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, color guides, and safety procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
• Ability to distinguish colour.

Responsibilities
