KDV Label is hiring for a Press Operator Apprenticeship Program in Wisconsin. Starting pay is $23/hr with a path for increases as training progresses. The apprenticeship includes first-shift training from 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM, then possible long-term roles on 2nd or 3rd shifts.

This hands-on program aims to develop skills for printing on various substrates and advancing within the company. The role requires basic math, reading color guides, and the ability to stand and lift materials.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; printing training preferred.
• 1–3 years of flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and color guides.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.

Mansioni

• Set up and adjust press components including printing plates, anilox rollers, inks, and dies.
• Operate the press to print labels, packaging, or other materials according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality for color accuracy, registration, and clarity.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print issues during production runs.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality protocols.

• Operate the press to print labels, packaging, or other materials according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality for color accuracy, registration, and clarity.
