Job summary

Peoplemark is seeking multiple Machine Operators in Fraser, MI for a contract-to-direct role. The position features a 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with pay at $15.25 per hour and a weekly attendance bonus of $40, plus additional overtime bonuses based on attendance.

After 90 days, performance and attendance may convert the role to direct employment with benefits fully paid by the company after your first 60 days as a direct team member.

Qualifications

• Injection Molding Operator: 1 year preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and inspect finished products to verify conformance to customer specifications.
• Fulfills order requirements.
• Review Operator Display Board for work instructions and Quality Alerts.
• Produce and assemble sub-assemblies for production lines.
• Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle material as required.
• Complete all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY- This is a contract to direct role based on performance and attendance after 90 days. This role will offer benefits fully paid for by the company after you are converted as a direct team member your first 60 days.

• Shift Days: Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift Time: 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM Pays 15.25per hour

Job Description:

• Evaluate and inspect finished products to verify conformance to customer specifications.
• Fulfills order requirements
• Review, Operator Display Board, prior to running production for work instructions and Quality Alerts.
• Produce and assemble sub-assemblies for production lines.
• Connect various parts and switches.
• Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle material as required.
• Complete all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
• Correct application of all internal and external labels when required, including
• Production including trimming flash, sorting, and sub-assembly.
• Participate in team problem solving activities.
• Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Injection Molding Operator: 1 years (Preferred)
