La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Neosho, MO is seeking a team-oriented assembler to fabricate metal components for furniture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will operate presses, load dies, perform machine maintenance, read specifications, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to use measuring tools; bilingual candidates are preferred.

This position works independently or within a team to assemble quality fabricate metal components for furniture to work order specifications in an incentives base manufacturing environment.
