Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Press Operator 2 for its St. Louis site. You will operate and maintain a two-piece, dry offset printing press to produce cans for a range of brands, identifying issues early and assisting in training other operators.

This 1st shift role runs 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires, paid in two installments. Competitive pay ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of printing press operating experience.
• Dry offset printing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-minded work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain a two-piece, dry offset printing press.
• Produce high-quality printed cans.
• Identify print anomalies and communicate them clearly to front-end teams.
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• Assist in training for Second Press Operators as needed.
