In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while ensuring quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules are met. **Work Authorization:**To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. **Your Responsibilities:*** Set up and operate printing and production equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards* Operate assigned equipment, which may include palletizers, surface mount equipment, one- and two-color printers, packaging machines, folding equipment, programmable cutters, and multicolor photocopy equipment using ink or toner* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to support reliable operation and optimal output* Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency when applicable* Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production* Check printing plates for correct format when applicable* Inspect printed materials and finished products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met* Adjust equipment settings to maintain required tolerances and product specifications* Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust workflow as needed to meet changing deadlines* Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating requirements **Your Shift:**2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM **You Must Have:*** Ability to adjust equipment mechanisms to required tolerances* Mathematical skills and attention to detail* Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues* Ability to read and understand job instructions **Requirements Within This Position:*** Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials* Frequently required to move inside the facility* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) **We Would Also Prefer:*** High school diploma or GED* Ability to work with very close tolerances* Ability to communicate effectively with team members* Analytical and problem-solving skills* Good color discernment **About Taylor Corporation**One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
