Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a Bindery Equipment Operator to join our production team. You will operate printing press equipment, monitor quality, and help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

The shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role offers DailyPay on the first day and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for growth within a large North American print and communications firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production
• Check printing plates for correct format
• Inspect printed materials throughout production to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing deadlines
• Follow all safety requirements related to the job and equipment
