The position offers a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift on an alternating weekly schedule with required weekend work; overtime is paid after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a stable, long-established production team with no history of layoffs. This role is responsible for safely operating lithographic decorating equipment, maintaining print quality, and supporting production changeovers on a can decorating line. This is a full-time position offering long-term career stability within a strong, established team.This role works a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift (12-hour shifts) on an alternating schedule that changes weekly, and includes required weekend work. Shifts may be traded with similarly trained teammates as needed.
