Job Opportunity: 1st Shift Press Operator in Laurens, SC

Nesco Resource is hiring for a 1st shift press operator located in Laurens, SC.

This position is responsible for the storage, loading, and unloading of finished goods in the warehouse.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of all equipment, machinery, procedures, processes, and paperwork within the Press department.
• KBA Sheetfed Press Operator experience is required.
• Must be prepared to pass a Color Aptitude test (if requested).
• Setup: Preparing the press, ink, rollers, and paper.
• Checking the quality of the print, such as alignment, ink coverage, and density.
• Identifying and fixing issues that arise during the operation.
• Submitting reports on daily production totals and informing supervisors of any issues.
• Continuous attention to detail required; constant alertness, activity, and shade/color variance determinations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.

Pay:

Starting Pay: $15.00

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-11am and 1pm-4pm
