Our 82,000 sq. ft. facility in Spartanburg, SC is a state-of-the-art packaging plant serving clients in medical, pharmaceutical, liquor, and tobacco industries. We offer Sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexo, die cutting, and custom folding/gluing, supported by advanced inline quality control systems.

The facility is well-lit with natural and artificial lighting, climate-controlled, and impeccably clean. We foster a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere where everyone collaborates to achieve our goals!

We have openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts and seek candidates who are flexible and willing to work any shift as production needs change:

• 2 pm – 10 pm – Monday to Friday
• 10 pm – 6 am – Sunday to Thursday

Essential Functions

• Prepare for Operation: Access job tickets and set up offset press machines with correct substrates, inks, and plates. Communicate instructions to support staff and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Operate Sheetfed Press: Operate equipment safely to produce printed products according to customer specifications. Monitor raw material levels and replenish as needed.
• Perform Quality Checks: Complete quality checklists and visually inspect products throughout the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform Maintenance: Monitor machine operations for adjustments, perform basic maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues during shifts.
• Perform Line Clearance: Clean work areas by removing products, trash, and supplies after order completion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Lead Sheetfed Operator experience in packaging/printing.
• Experience with Heidelberg XL 105 or XL 106 with UV, or similar sheetfed presses.
• Understanding of relevant processes, with the ability to pass related tests.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, up to 50 pounds occasionally, and stand for long hours.
• Ability to follow instructions and identify defects visually.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, with overtime and holiday work as required.
