Job description

Referral Program

All Doyle Shamrock employees who refer someone that is hired after HR interviews them will be eligible for a referral bonus. The referred employee must work for 40 days with no unexcused absences, no write-ups, and no tardiness. Once all criteria are met, a $250 bonus will be awarded to both the referring employee and the new hire. Additionally, if both meet the criteria again, they will be eligible for another $250 bonus. Bonuses are not awarded if the criteria are not met.

Additional Details

• Work days: Monday through Friday.
• Shifts: 1st: 7am-3pm, 2nd: 3pm-11pm, 3rd: 11pm-7am.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
• Pay: $14.00 per hour.
