Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Flexo Press Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain a Mark Andy Flexographic Printing Press. Responsible for producing complete specialized print orders in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output. Work closely with team members to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting rotary die to print registration
• Monitors print quality during production run to ensure quality standards
• Holding accuracy and attention to detail, verifying processes and work performed
• Providing excellent communication, customer service and good team working skills
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports
• Calibrate equipment as needed and perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or elevate to maintenance when necessary
• Maintaining an organized, safe and clean work environment
• Working independently and within a team, in a fast-paced production environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year experience in Flexographic Printing.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documents, and machine manuals
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Resourceful and willing to independently learn new skills and techniques associated with the operation of equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if required
