RX Systems is seeking a qualified Printing Press Operator to set up and run flexographic presses, print designs on paper stock, and maintain quality standards in a manufacturing environment in Missouri.
The role requires reading job orders, operating presses at appropriate speeds, and documenting processes while ensuring safety and teamwork on site.

Sets up and operates flexographic printing press to print designs or lettering on rolls of paper stock.
Directs and coordinates activities of the Press Assistant on each press.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Education and Experience: Prefer high school education or a GED. 2-3 years Flexo experience prior to hiring will be beneficial.
Language skills: Must be willing and able to communicate effectively. Must be able to understand work instructions.
Certificates and Registrations: Must pass safety control check sheet and color chart. LOTO awareness sign off sheet. Operator certification process is not applicable at this time.
Other: Must be able to use a calculator and understand concepts of basic math. Must be proficient at reading a ruler and distinguish colors. Familiar with basic small tools. Basic concepts of navigating a computer is a must.
Required training documents: Safety training, press operation documentation, and doctor blade training is required.
