Job description

Press Operator Description

The Press/Cut Room Operator is responsible for supporting efficient, high-quality production by performing a variety of hands‑on manufacturing tasks within the press and cut room. This role focuses on assembling products according to work order specifications, loading and unloading press equipment, and entering processing cycles to ensure customer and quality requirements are met. The Press/Cut Room Operator maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows all company policies and safety procedures, and assists with day‑to‑day instruction and teamwork to maximize productivity and output. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential to meeting production goals and company objectives.

This is an entry level position. Starting Pay: Based on experience. First Shift.

Required Hours
  • Monday – Thursday: 5 am – 3 pm
  • Friday: 5 am – 1 pm
Optional Hours
  • Saturday or Sunday: 5 am – 11 am+
Requirements
  • Applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs.
  • Overtime available and looking for someone eager to work extra hours.
