VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in poultry watering and feeding systems. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Press Operator in our Coldwater, Ohio facility.

• Starting wage of $20+; top out at $24 for Press Operators
• 4-10 hour days
• Generous PTO and 1 floating holiday after probation
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available
• Opportunities for advancement into skilled positions such as setup, laser, welder, machine room, auger, etc.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operate production machines according to procedures and guidelines
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications
• Maintain machines for productivity and quality
• Perform in-process inspections
• Complete logs and tracking cards
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area
• Ability to make piece rate adjustments
