Custom Staffing is seeking a Press Operator in Bluffton, OH to join a local manufacturing partner. This temp-to-hire role operates printing presses, maintains quality, and supports production with hands-on maintenance.

Hours are 6:50am to 3:10pm; pay rate is $20.50 per hour. Benefits include weekly pay and medical insurance. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification or formal training in press operation or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues on printing equipment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team.
• Commitment to industrial safety standards and protocols.
• Capable of reading, understanding, and completing plant paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses according to job specs and production schedules.
• Monitor operation and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide maintenance support to minimize downtime.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and coordinate with QA to address issues.
• Perform related production duties as assigned by Plant Supervision.

• Provide hands‑on maintenance support for all production equipment to minimize operational downtime.

• Execute other related production duties and tasks as directly assigned by Plant Supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications
