Job summary

Mubea in Florence, KY is seeking a press operator to run a large transfer press, operate cranes, and manage material loading to meet customer specifications. This hands-on role involves reading job orders, using SAP systems, and maintaining safe, efficient production on extended shifts.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with good math, reading blueprints and measurements, able to work with coils and dies, and comfortable standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand job documentation.
• Physical coordination to lift and move product.
• Trainable with forklift truck.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and read measurements.
• Understand machine software functions including ARKU & PLC.
• Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a large transfer press and crane to load dies and parts.
• Use SAP and related machinery for production control.
• Stand for extended periods and perform mechanical tasks safely.
• Work off-shift as required and maintain production quality.
