Kids for the Future is seeking a Press Lead to oversee screen printing operations, ensuring high-quality prints, accurate counts, and timely delivery. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, team leadership, and strict adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.

Candidates should have experience with screen printing, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and register daily jobs with accuracy.
• Ensure each order is printed correctly and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and machinery per logs.
• Communicate with team to track status and quality while hitting production goals.
• Log data and print techniques for each job.
• Address issues and log them with Pod Lead or leadership.
• Proof all jobs with leadership before production runs.
• Monitor MAS score targets per shift and report shortfalls.
• Support smooth shift transitions and prep for following team.
• Demonstrate professionalism while leading the press team.
• Independently solve problems and escalate as needed.
• Verify garment counts per size and communicate potential issues.
• Coordinate press approvals and frame timeframes with Pod Lead.
