Job summary

Amcor in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an experienced Production Associate to support daily manufacturing activities on flexographic printing presses. You will help plan production, set up presses, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires reading travelers, identifying materials, troubleshooting issues, and training new staff. A high school diploma is preferred and experience with central impression/flexo presses is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior Central Impression Press operation preferred.
• Knowledge of late-model, automatic presses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean workplace and promote safe behaviors.
• Assist Production Supervisor with planning, break relief, scheduling and shift coverage.
• Set up and operate printing presses per guidelines, ensuring safety, quality and production standards.
• Read travelers and identify raw materials by part numbers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues as needed.
• Train new employees in policies and procedures.
• Assist with production reporting and documentation.
