Job summary

AWT is seeking a team-oriented associate in Minneapolis, MN to assist press operators with setup and run activities. The role requires maintaining a clean work area and ensuring materials are ready for each job.

You will mount plates, refill supplies, and move finished products to the finishing area in an orderly fashion. Responsibilities include supporting press changeovers, promptly responding to operator requests, and participating in quality improvement efforts to meet time and material

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift 50 lbs to waist level.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Safety conscious and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators in press setup and run activities; maintain a neat, orderly work area.
• Mount plates and bring materials to press for next job; refill press supplies as needed.
• Return supplies to proper place after job completion; move finished products to finishing area neatly.
• Support quick, efficient press changeovers and respond promptly to operator requests.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to meet or exceed time and material estimates.
