Starting wage is $27.84 per hour during a 90-day orientation, increasing to $30.02 per hour afterward. Shift pattern is 2x2x5x5 with overtime expectations and potential progression within a global composites leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in tape measure and ruler.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Basic computer data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates non-metallic press, shear, steec, and expander.
• Follows procedures to produce core with defined dimensions.
• Ensures aluminum loops supply for blocks.
• Operates tumbler to keep parts clean for framing blocks.
• Reads routings and directs material to correct areas.
• Checks blocks for defects and reports issues.
• Calculates pressure, measures load, and sets cycle time.
• Communicates information to other shifts.
• Expands and frames blocks per specifications.
• Assists with experimental materials and press cycles.
