Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Press/Expander Operator Non ME for its Casa Grande, AZ location. Start rate: $27.84 per hour during the New Hire Orientation Period (about 90 days), increasing to $30.02 per hour afterward.
The role follows a 2x2x5x5 shift (Mon, Thu, Fri Week 1; Thu-Sun Week 2) with overtime often required. The position involves operating a non-metallic press, shear, steec, and expander, ensuring blocks are produced to spec, and maintaining continuous aluminum loop supply.

Start rate: $27.84 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period - normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $30.02 Per Hour. This position is on our "T1" 2x2x5x5 shift: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Week 1) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 2) 7:00AM to 7:00PM. Overtime is often required.
