Job summary

You will work on the T2-AM 2x2x5x5 shift, with start rate: $25.75 per hour during the New Hire Orientation Period (90 days), then increases to $28.13 per hour. Overtime is often required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing; 6 months at Hexcel Casa Grande may substitute.
• Must be proficient in use of tape measure and ruler.
• Basic working knowledge of computer data entry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Process material at the slice level through inspection, trim saw, node repair, wash/dry and packing.
• Verify conformance, repair defects and ensure proper routing and labeling.
• Coordinate with planning, scheduling, supervisors, leads and engineers to manage priorities.
• Operate and maintain tools, perform rework to meet density and dimensions.
• Deliver material to shipping or source and log paperwork.
