Alexandria Industries is seeking a manufacturing associate to set up and run equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work to maximize output, meet customer specs, and support a clean 5S environment in a fast-paced facility in Minnesota.

The role requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read die drawings. Collaboration, problem solving, and attention to detail are essential in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts per customer specifications
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving
• Ability to perform and assist with preventive maintenance

Responsibilities

• Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output and meet customer quality requirements
• Cross-train in multiple functions within the department
• Verify manufacturing orders and ensure adherence to specifications
• Follow 5S workplace organization and maintain a clean, safe area
• Meet delivery schedules and support customer satisfaction
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure quality practices are followed accurately
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
