Qualifications

• CNC machining experience is helpful but not required for all roles.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to identify and correct safety concerns and to communicate effectively across teams.

• Ensure safety remains the top priority and promote a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with plant management to align department goals with workload and budget.
• Participate in interviewing and selection for department openings when needed.
