Job Duties

• Catch, inspect, and stack parts as they are produced from press machines.
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or product damage.

Education Requirements

• No formal education required.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operator, or press operation experience preferred but not required.
• 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production goals.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented work ethic.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25-40 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, stacking, and handling parts.
• Capable of working safely in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity standards.
