Staffmark Group, based in Ohio, is hiring a Press Operator in Springfield. The role runs 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. You will operate press equipment, perform quality checks, and complete production paperwork while supporting a smooth, safe production line.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior press or manufacturing experience, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and a strong teamwork mindset along with strict attention to detail and quality standards.

• Load and unload materials, components, and finished goods
• Maintain organization of materials in tubs, skids, and containers
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and coordinators
• Support additional production tasks as needed
