Responsibilities

• Bending, seating, flanging, and top flanging material to specifications on work orders and production drawings.
• Set up the Amada press brake machine for required operations and manufacture parts according to prints and work orders.
• Perform quality inspections per procedures and notify department leadership of any issues or improvement opportunities.
• Work independently to meet production deadlines and key performance indicators.

Desired Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma.
• Manufacturing production experience (minimum 2 years).
• Forklift certification (sit‑down) or ability to receive certification.
• Ability to read a tape measure, protractor, and square accurately.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

The role operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8–12 hours per shift, regularly twisting and bending in a repetitive motion. The employee may frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.

The job may expose the employee to heat and/or cold, loud noise levels, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.

Work Status & Location

This full‑time, non‑exempt, Union position is located in Stockton, CA. It is a swing shift (3:45pm – 12:15am). This position is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour.
