Job summary

NuAire, Inc. is seeking aPress Brake Operator in Plymouth, MN to set up and run sheet metal machines. Experience with Amada/Accurpress and other brakes is required to read prints, follow tooling directions, and ensure precise forming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational school degree or certificate preferred.
• Experience with press brake and sheet metal fabrication machines with the ability to set up and operate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal machines such as Amada/Accurpress, S-4, P-4, corner former and Apron brake to shear, punch and form metal or other stock.
• Read prints and follow tooling instructions or programs.
• Assemble, align, and install tooling to specifications using furnishers and templates as required.
• Adjust setup for each item according to shop routing and drawings.
