Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC in Golden Valley, MN is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for first shift. You will set up, operate, and monitor press brake machines, perform tooling changes, and run production jobs to meet precise specifications.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ hands-on press brake setup experience, strong tooling and setup skills, and the ability to complete setups independently. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on press brake setup experience.
• Strong experience with tooling changes, machine setup, and production operations.
• Ability to independently complete setups and production runs.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs.
• Perform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each job.
• Independently complete machine setups from start to production.
• Run production jobs according to specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
