Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on press brake setup experience.
- Strong experience with tooling changes, machine setup, and production operations.
- Independent ability to complete setups and production runs.
- Solid understanding of press brake operations and metal fabrication.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs
- Perform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each job
- Independently complete machine setups from start to production
- Run production jobs according to specifications and quality requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
