Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking an experienced Press Brake Machine Operator to set up and run the press brake according to specifications and safety standards. The role requires handling multiple job setups daily, performing quality checks, and keeping the work area clean and organized in a 6S environment.

You will collaborate with the Production team to relay progress and concerns while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Press Brake Machine Operation experience.
• Ability to set up the press brake.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Most work performed standing.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake according to specifications and safety standards.
• Run multiple job setups/teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency.
• Perform quality checks using calibrated instruments and inspect for defects.
• Maintain the machinery and keep the work area clean and orderly (6S).
• Communicate with Production on job progress, questions, and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
