Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Tualatin, OR is hiring a Press Brake Operator to support our industrial HVAC production. This is an Evaluation to Hire position with on-site work and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate and program press brakes, set up tooling, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of experience as a press brake operator, and the ability to lift 25 lbs consistently (50 lbs as needed).

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machine.
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
• Check height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.
• Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Work with tight tolerances.
• Produce parts for assembly operations.
• Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Perform spot inspections of parts.
• Complete and maintain paperwork.
• Identify assembly parts.
