Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Butner, NC is seeking a Press Brake Operator for an on-site, day shift role starting ASAP. You will set up and operate press brakes, read blueprints, select tooling, and program CNC controls to meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of press brake experience, CNC programming skills, and strong mechanical aptitude with good troubleshooting. Weekly pay and benefits are provided, with overtime opportunities.

Press Brake Operator Location: Butner, NC — On-site Pay: $22–$27 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Start Date: As soon as possible

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to meet job specifications.
• Select, install, and change tooling for different projects.
• Program CNC controls and monitor machine operation.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Follow safety standards and work with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing setting.
• CNC programming experience.
• Knowledge of tooling, machining, and laser cutting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality standards.
• EDM or milling experience is a plus, but not required.
