Theidealcandidate shouldpossesspriorexperiencein press machine operation, preferably in steel manufacturingorsheetmetalwork,andbeproficientinusingCNC(computernumericalcontrol)equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• BlueprintInterpretation:Readandcomprehendblueprintsprovidedbydesigners and engineers todeterminethe precise measurements and specifications for eachproduct.
• Machine Setup: Prepare the press brake machine by selecting theappropriate dies, tools, and materials for the specific job.
• Machine Programming: Input the necessary program parameters intomachinescomputersystemto control the process accurately.Make adjustmentsas needed during production runs tomaintaindesired tolerances.Program the press brake machine using CNC controls to execute the required cutting and bending actions as per the design specifications.
• Quality Inspection: Thoroughly inspect the final products to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and adherence to the provided blueprints and production standards.
• Material Management: Maintainan organized and efficient work area by restocking materials as needed to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted productionprocess.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the press brake machine to ensure itsoptimalperformance and prevent any operational issues.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines whileoperatingthe machinery, ensuring a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Production Reporting: Keep detailed records of completed tasks, production quantities, and any issuesencounteredduring the manufacturing process.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

CandidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingEducational/Technicalrequirements:
