Job summary

Award Staffing is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Rogers, MN to set up and run CNC press brake machines on the first shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). This temp-to-hire role requires basic blueprint reading and accurate measurement of parts with calipers and tape measures.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of CNC press brake experience, be mechanically inclined, and able to lift up to 75 pounds. Pay rate is $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with CNC Press Brake.
• Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, tape, protractor, etc.).
• Ability to read blueprints (basic/entry-level).
• Self-starter and mechanically inclined.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC Press Brake machines.
• Setting and removing tooling for press brake machines.
• Run sample parts and inspect for accuracy.
• Measure parts using calipers and tape measure.
• Verify parts against blueprints.

About the Opportunity:

• Ability to read blueprints (basic/entry-level).
• Self-starter, mechanically inclined.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Set Up and Run CNC Press Brake Machines.
• Setting and removing tooling for press brake machines.
• Running sample part.
• Measuring parts using Calipers and tape measure.
• Checking parts for accuracy using blueprints.
