Job summary

Ludlow Manufacturing in Waukegan, IL is seeking a Press Brake Operator to form parts per instruction and ensure parts meet expected rates and quality.

You will measure parts, log quantities in the ERP system, move parts to the next operation, and keep the workstation safe and organized. Shifts: 1st 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 2nd 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday. Benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience operating press brake equipment.
• Ability to use measuring tools.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Form parts per instruction.

• Report quantities produced into ERP system.
• Move parts into next operation.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.

Press Brake Operator

Location: Ludlow Manufacturing, Waukegan

Pay: $20 - $28/hour (based on experience)

Full Benefits Package after 90 days

1st shift 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday -Thursday

2nd shift 3:30PM - 2:00AM Monday -Thursday

Summary

Produce formed parts per instruction. Validate parts being produced to expected rates, validate quality of parts being produced, monitor equipment is performing as expected.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years' experience operating press brake equipment.
• Ability to use measuring tools.
• Computer experience
