Job description

Operators often manage 2D/3D parts, requiring strong technical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Setup & Operation: Configuring hydraulic or servo-electric press brakes to bend steel, aluminum, or copper according to blueprints.
  • Programming: Using TRUMPF control systems to manage bending angles, back gauge positions, and tool selection.
  • Material Handling: Handling, positioning, and bending sheets, often assisted by bending aids for parts up to 660 lbs.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring precision bends, troubleshooting issues, and inspecting finished parts.
  • Maintenance: Performing daily maintenance on machinery.
Qualifications
