Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Press Brake Operator for an in-person role in Vermont. You will independently manufacture flat pieces into 3D parts from detailed drawings, load machines, and program as needed.

The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday overtime. You should be comfortable reading blueprints and lifting up to 50 lbs; weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints is required.
• Able to use small hand and power tools.
• Strong paperwork and counting skills.
• Knowledge of shop measurements to form parts to spec.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and repeatedly bend, sit, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture flat pieces into 3D parts from drawings.
• Load machines and programs.
• Measure parts and perform first/m middle/ last part checks.
• Install and remove dies and adjust for correct dimensions.
• Maintain a clean work area and machines.

Job Location: In-Person, $21.75–$33/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Every Other Saturday Overtime, Full-Time

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality equipment, and they want you to join their team as a Press Brake Operator.

Your day-to-day as a Press Brake Operator:

• Independently manufacture flat pieces of material into 3D parts from detailed drawings
• Load machines and programs
• Accurately measure parts and execute first, middle, and last part check procedure
• Install and remove dies, making necessary adjustments to achieve correct dimensions and angles
• Maintain a clean work area and machine

Your skills and experience:

• Adept at using small hand and power tools
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Strong paperwork and counting skills
• Knowledge of shop measurements to accurately form parts to required specifications
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand repeatedly
