Job summary

Monarch Metal Manufacturing seeks a press brake operator to review routings, select and install tooling, and verify parts against blueprint specs. The role involves running production per instructions, monitoring quality, and maintaining tooling between runs. Candidates must keep the work area clean and safe, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift is four 10-hour days, with extended weekends off. Experience in press brake operations and blueprint reading is required.

Qualifications

Experience in press brake field and strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret production routings.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Review production routing and blueprints for each run.
Select and install tooling per specification for the run.
Check the first part against blueprint specs and ensure quality.
Execute production runs per instructions and monitor product quality.
Disassemble and store tooling after each run.
Maintain clean and orderly equipment and work area.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Check the first part against the blueprint spec.
Make the production run according to instructions, checking the product quality.
Disassemble and store the tooling from the last production run.
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform other duties as assigned.
