Outlook Group, LLC Corporate Office in Neenah, WI is seeking a dedicated Press Assistant to support the Label Press Operator with catching product, boxing and palletizing finished goods, and rewinding work. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and room for advancement in a busy printing and packaging operation.

Schedule is 6:00am-6:00pm on a 2-2-3 cycle with no swing shifts; overtime eligible per period.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically.
• Experience working at a fast pace.
• Ability to work on several tasks to keep the machine running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator.
• Cutting and gluing cores.
• Packaging product and labeling boxes.
• Finishing turret operations.
• Following work instructions.
• Assisting with quality tracking.
• Assist with rework.
