Outlook Group, LLC Corporate Office in Neenah, WI is seeking a dedicated Press Assistant to support the Label Press Operator with catching product, boxing and palletizing finished goods, and rewinding work. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and room for advancement in a busy printing and packaging operation.

Schedule is 6:00am-6:00pm on a 2-2-3 cycle with no swing shifts; overtime eligible per period.

Outlook Group is seeking a dedicated Press Assistant to be part of our team! You will be responsible for assisting in daily operations with the Label Press Operator which includes catching product as it comes off the press, boxing and palletizing finished goods, and rewinding work.

6:00am-6:00pm on a 2,2,3 schedule

No Swing Shifts!

Get paid 20 hours of overtime for working your normal 2,2,3 schedule each pay period!

Work half the year!

As a Press Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Operator
• Cutting and gluing cores
• Packaging product and labeling boxes

• Following work instructions
• Assisting with quality tracking
• Assist with rework

Qualified applicants will have:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically, and be able to stand for the majority of their shift
• Experience working at a fast pace
• Ability to work on several tasks in order to keep the machine running efficiently
