The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to lift 50–75 pounds, forklift certification, and good English skills. You will work on Days 2/2/3 12-hour shifts and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (cGMP experience preferred).
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience with flexible materials converting including lamination, die-cutting, printing, or similar disciplines preferred.
• PC skills including the Microsoft Office suite; good interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
• Reputation as an individual with common sense and good judgment.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Education: HS diploma or GED required
• Special Training: Forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators in performing setups and run production, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the print press and ancillary equipment.
• Prepare material for packaging and safely transport to shipping/receiving area using a forklift.
• Follow safety rules and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with quality and quantity audits of products being printed to ensure specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and troubleshoot press and ancillary equipment.
• Assist with setup changes, ink blending, and waste management according to procedures.
• Enter production, material, labor, and quality data into appropriate systems.
• Train other employees and assist in other operations areas as needed.
